PART 2: Is the Leica CL the Best EVERYDAY CARRY camera? – #edcvideos

Hey YouTubers! Soooo I have to apologize because I had intended to post this video yesterday, but due to issues with Adobe Premiere Pro, I was not able to export any videos. The program kept crashing every time I went to export. So I do apologize for that. Thankfully after much trial and error I was able to hopefully solve the issue, or at least solve it temporarily in order to get his video up.

With that being said, this is the second half of Thursday’s video, “Is the Leica CL the best everyday carry camera?”, where I go over the images we took and compare some of them side by side. I really focused on the dynamic range of the camera when I took the photos, so you’ll be seeing a lot of play within the highlights and shadows when we go through the images.

If you missed the first video, head over to the playlist Leica gear and you should be able to find it there.

Thank you for your patience and understand about the video being late. I hope to bring you another gear review video next week.

SIDE NOTE: Watch till the end for a LITTLE surprise for you guys 🙂

  1. Sorry I don’t own any dedicated camera yet, but how did iPhone able to get HDR so nice when the sky and the shadow are so detailed but expensive camera like CL you still have to use some software to get tuned right to make the sky don’t blown up? So no matter how quality lens or camera you can get, without HDR feature, you still need to post processing yourself to make the sky not blown up and shadow not too dark with no detail visible?

  2. Have you ever used M lenses on the CL? Im curious to get M lenses with an adapter for the CL so when I do decide to upgrade to a M body, ill already have invested in them. Do you have any insights? maybe make a video about it? Thanks!

  3. I can't wait to see M10-P video.

  4. Great video. Thanks for sharing it. Just one quick question: In your opinion, why is better to use Adobe Color profile and not Leica camera profile while editing?
